District Nurse Wanted for Private Health Center in Skåne

We are a private alternative to public healthcare and operate on behalf of Region Skåne. We strive to provide high-quality healthcare with the patient in focus. Our goal is to be available when our patients need us – with high accessibility and a professional approach.
We have generous opening hours both weekdays and weekends, which allows us to offer flexible and accessible care.
As a district nurse with us, you will work both in teams and independently, in close collaboration with other professional categories at the health center. The role is varied and includes, among other things:
- Telephone counseling/Elderly phone
- Prescriptions
- Reception work
- Vaccinations and sample collection
- Documentation in the PMO journal system
We are looking for a licensed district nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. You enjoy varied tasks. It is an advantage if you have training in diabetes. Full-time or part-time position.
You are confident in your professional role, have good collaboration skills, and a professional approach towards both patients and colleagues.
